By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept all Ina Bakes Studio event terms and conditions. We will always do our best to provide a safe, enjoyable, and beautifully hosted experience. However, we kindly ask that you understand the following:

• Guest Responsibility — You and your guests are responsible for your own safety, behavior, and personal belongings throughout the event.

• Respect for the Space — If your event takes place at our studio, we ask that all guests respect the space and follow any simple guidelines provided by our team.

• Liability — Ina Bakes Studio is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during the event, whether indoors or outdoors.

• Children & Minors — As the person booking the event, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of your child(ren) and any minors or guests in your party at all times.

• Personal Property — Ina Bakes Studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the space.

Payment of your invoice serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of all event terms, conditions, and liability policies.

Outdoor Space Only – All activities and seating are mostly outdoors.

• No Outside Entertainment – We provide all the fun!
• Respect the Space – Please treat our studio and garden with care.
• Minimum guests 10, maximum 14.
• Our patio is especially popular during the summer months, so we highly recommend booking your party as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
• Please note that due to high demand and multiple reservations, any event that extends beyond the reserved time slot may incur additional charges. This helps us ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
• Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event.
• Full pre-payment is due 14 days prior to event date.
• Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance for a refund.

We take great care in preparing our treats, but we ask that you let us know in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions. We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions if we are not informed ahead of time.

Please keep an eye on your personal items. While we want everyone to feel at home, we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

Anything left behind after your event will be safely collected by our team during cleanup. We’ll notify the person who booked the party about any items we find. Items must be picked up within 10 days of the event date. After 10 days, unclaimed items will be donated to our local community partners.

Weather Policy for Outdoor Events:

All events at Ina Bakes Studio are held outdoors. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to host the event, the following terms apply:

1. Weather‑Related Postponement

If rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions prevent us from hosting the event, we will reschedule to the next available date. All tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

2. Weather‑Related Cancellation

If we are unable to reschedule, guests will receive credit toward any future event or purchase, including classes, pop‑ups, or seasonal collections.

3. No Refunds for Weather

Because our events require advance preparation, staffing, and materials, we do not offer refunds for weather‑related changes. Credit or rescheduling will always be provided.

4. Communication

We will notify all guests by email and/or text at least 4 hours before the event if weather requires a change. If conditions shift suddenly, updates will be sent as soon as possible.

5. What Happens If Weather Improves

If conditions clear and the event can safely proceed, we will continue as planned.

We’ll always do everything in our power to make the event happen, but your comfort and safety will always come first.
