Orders typically require 2-5 days’ notice, and availability fills quickly—especially around holidays and weekends.

We require at least 2 days’ notice for orders of our pre-designed cake collections, pastries and desserts, this timeframe ensures we have sufficient time to prepare your cake and allow our decorators to apply their expertise. We are often sold out, so it’s never too early to order! Please note that all sales are final.
For those desiring a fully bespoke design, please contact us directly. Please note that custom products require a minimum order.
The best way to place your custom order is by completing our website contact form, you can also send us an email or call us if you have any questions.
We’ll respond to your inquiry by email with availability and prices. Our services are first come first serve basis, as a courtesy we will save your spot/date for a period of time of 48 hours to give all our customers the flexibility and chance to book with us. Orders will be confirmed with payment only.

Because we bake without preservatives, using all natural and organic ingredients, please ask about the specific product you are ordering and we’ll be happy to guide you.
Yes, we do tasting in our art studio by appointment only and with a small fee towards the final price of your order.
Costs are based on flavors, fondant, toppers, servings, and custom design elements. All of this can be discussed during your consultation.
We do our best to order local ingredients whenever possible. We use high-quality natural ingredients and everything in the bakery is made from scratch. Our designs are all handcrafted and we use non-edible toppers only when a customer requests it.
We offer arranged pick-up at our art studio for any of our products. Additionally, delivery services are available for an extra fee depending on proximity. We highly recommend that custom products or large orders be delivered by our team. Once the products are picked up or we leave the delivery premises, you will assume full responsibility for them.
