Overview
By paying this invoice and placing an order with Ina Bakes, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Design:
When customers share photos, we use these as inspiration but cannot guarantee exact duplication. The final design is at the artist’s discretion, and we cannot guarantee that the result will be identical to any other person’s work or work previously done by us.
2. Order Confirmation:
Orders will be guaranteed ONLY when full payment or deposit is received. Deposits are 50% of the total order amount and non-refundable.
3. Custom Orders Cancellation:
All orders have a non-refundable fee of $50.00 and will only be accepted 4 weeks prior to the event.
In the Event of Cancellation
Orders cancelled prior to 4 weeks after the event date can be refunded up to 50% of balance paid. The initial 50% retainer will not be refunded. Orders cancelled after the 4-week lockout date will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled event date – please contact us to discuss options. Communication is key, if you are up-front with any issues about your date, we will work hard to accommodate you. We understand things that can come up that are out of your control.
4. Changes:
Any changes to your order must be made at least two weeks before the event date to ensure product quality.
Changes may be subject to additional charges.
5. Refunds/exchanges:
All our sales are final, due to the detailed, hand-crafted nature of our products, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders. Refunds will not be provided for the total amount of the order or any amount exceeding the original purchase price, regardless of the circumstances.
Partial refunds may be considered only if the complete order is returned.
Ina Bakes reserves the right to determine alternative solutions at its sole discretion should the customer be less than completely satisfied with the product.
6. Shipping, Delivery And/or Transaction Fees:
Shipping and/or transaction fees are non-refundable.
Ina Bakes shall not be held liable for any incidents or issues that may occur with our products following their delivery and/or set up at the event location, or after the product has been picked up. Should the customer choose to pick up and set up any of our products, the customer assumes full responsibility for the integrity of the products once they are in the customer’s possession.
7. Media:
Ina Bakes reserves the right to discuss and post images of all products made, 24 hours after your event.
8. Allergies:
Our products may contain or come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Please inform your guests of these potential risks and absolve us of liability for any allergic reactions that may occur. Kindly notify Ina Bakes in advance if you have specific allergy concerns. Disclaimer: we work with gluten, dairy, egg, tree nuts, seeds, and soy at our bakery. cross contamination may occur.
9. Limitation Of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall Ina Bakes be held responsible for any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damage arising from or directly or indirectly related to the content or materials.
10. Acceptance Of Term And Conditions:
By making payment for any order, whether online or custom, and by approving the design, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions.
11. Privacy And Security:
The privacy and security of your information is a priority. Personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties. Information collected during an order is used exclusively for contact and delivery purposes.
12. Pick Up And Delivery:
Pick-up from our art studio partners in Venice is free of charge. Once you leave the studio with any of our products, including custom or predesigned cakes, it becomes your responsibility. Ina Bakes is not liable for any damage that occurs after the product has left the studio for pick-up.
Pre-designed and custom cakes, as well as other products, can be delivered by our experienced team members for a delivery fee. In the case of a cake, we will deliver it and place it on the cake table at the venue and take some time to capture photos. Ina Bakes is not liable for any damage that occurs to the cake after our departure. However, if you contact us and we are still nearby, we will make an effort to return and fix the cake.
Any floral arrangements provided by the onsite florist will be placed on the cake by the Ina Bakes team unless alternative arrangements are made with Ina Bakes management.
13. Private Events:
During our private events, we will provide a unique, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests. Please refer to the private events contract for more information.
