ONSITE BOOKING INFORMATION
We’re so excited to be part of your special event! To ensure everything goes smoothly and everyone has a great time, we kindly ask you to review and acknowledge the following:
General Understanding
By booking with us, you understand that Ina Bakes Studio will do
everything possible to provide a safe, enjoyable, and professional
experience.
However, we kindly ask that you acknowledge: You and your guests
are responsible for your own safety and belongings during the event.
If the event takes place at our location, we ask that everyone
respects the space and follows any simple guidelines we provide.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property
damage that may occur during the event.
By attending this event, and as the person booking the services, I
acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety and supervision of
my child(ren) or any guests of my party at all times.
I understand that Ina Bakes Studio is not liable for any injuries,
accidents, or personal property loss that may occur during the event.
Payment of your invoice serves as acknowledgment and acceptance
of all event terms and conditions.
Food and Allergies
We take great care in preparing our treats, but we ask that you let us
know in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions. We
cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions if we are not
informed ahead of time.
Booking Information
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event.
Full pre-payment is due 14 days prior to event date.
Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance for a refund.
Personal Belongings
Please keep an eye on your personal items. While we want everyone
to feel at home, we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged
belongings.
Lost & Found Policy
Anything left behind after your event will be safely collected by our
team during cleanup. We’ll notify the person who booked the party
about any items we find. Items must be picked up within 10 days of
the event date. After 10 days, unclaimed items will be donated to our
local community partners.
Rain & Weather Policy
Weather Policy for Outdoor Events:
All events at Ina Bakes Studio are held outdoors. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to host the event, the following terms apply:
1. Weather‑Related Postponement If rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions prevent us from hosting the
event, we will reschedule to the next available date. All tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
2. Weather‑Related Cancellation If we are unable to reschedule, guests will receive credit toward any
future event or purchase, including classes, pop‑ups, or seasonal collections.
3. No Refunds for Weather, Because our events require advance preparation, staffing, and materials,
we do not offer refunds for weather‑related changes. Credit or rescheduling will always be provided.
4. Communication We will notify all guests by email and/or text at least 4 hours before the event if weather requires a change. If conditions shift suddenly, updates will be sent as soon as possible.
5. What Happens If Weather Improves If conditions clear and the event can safely proceed, we will continue as
planned.
We’ll always do everything in our power to make the event happen, but
your comfort and safety will always come first.
